WINALIA — GENERAL RULES

1. Match Participation

Players must join the lobby within 10 minutes after the match starts. After this delay, the player or team will forfeit.

If a player is AFK or disconnects, the game can be paused for up to 10 minutes before continuing or being canceled.

Leaving a match early, staying AFK too long, or exploiting bugs or glitches may result in a round loss or temporary suspension.

If a player has a wrong username or platform, they have 5 minutes to correct it once a Staff member joins.

2. Behavior and Fair Play

Toxic, disrespectful, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited both in-game and on the platform.

False reports, spam complaints, or repeated abuse of moderation tools can lead to suspension.

Communication between players must remain constructive and polite.

Providing false information or misleading opponents about match conditions or rules is not allowed.

3. Custom and Private Matches

Players may compete in any skill-based game mode, even custom ones.

Custom matches must remain open to all players; if someone joins, they have the right to play.

For lesser-known modes, both teams must clearly define and agree on the rules before starting the match.

4. Disputes and Match Issues

If you believe your opponent broke a rule, always finish the round before reporting.

Matches can't be canceled during play unless authorized by Staff.

If a violation is proven, the match may be replayed or awarded to the rightful team.

5. Disconnections and AFK

If a player disconnects after the round begins, the remaining teammates must finish the round.

If all players leave, the round is automatically lost.

If a disconnection happens before the round starts, the round doesn't count.

If a match is paused for more than 10 minutes, absent players are no longer eligible to continue.

Crashes, ping spikes, or lag do not justify a replay.

6. Delays and No-Shows

Players have 15 minutes to join the lobby once the match has started.

If an opponent doesn't show up, proof (screenshot, chat logs, etc.) must be provided to claim the win.

Leaving the match for more than 10 minutes without reason results in disqualification.

If an opponent is AFK, only the first AFK round will count.

7. Match Setup and Hosting

If the wrong region or wrong host is used, played rounds remain valid, and the next round will use the correct settings.

If the wrong map is loaded, completed rounds still count before switching to the default one.

Kicking an opponent during a round leads to an immediate round loss.

If incorrect loot is used, players have 15 seconds to leave and fix it. Beyond that, all played rounds count.

8. Glitches and Technical Errors

If an in-game bug affects a round, it may be voided at Staff discretion.

Lag, ping, or personal hardware issues are not considered valid bugs.

Exploiting glitches, invisible textures, or unintended game mechanics results in disqualification.

9. Spectators and Recording

Spectators are not allowed unless both teams agree.

If an unapproved spectator is present, the round is invalid.

Players are encouraged to record their matches to support dispute resolutions.

10. Accounts and Identity

Each player must have only one Winalia account.

Using a friend's account or creating multiple accounts is forbidden.

A banned player cannot create a new account; doing so extends the ban.

Playing with a banned player results in a temporary ban.

11. Reports and Evidence

Reports must be made through the "Report" button on the website after the match ends.

Evidence must be clear, timestamped, and verifiable (screenshots, videos, etc.).

Submitting fake or manipulated evidence will result in suspension.

If a report is validated, the match will be canceled and entry fees refunded.

12. Anti-Cheat and Moderation

Any use of cheats, macros, scripts, or external tools is strictly forbidden.

If a moderator requests screen sharing, players have 5 minutes to join the session.

Deleting files or refusing the process results in a permanent ban.

13. Sportsmanship and Integrity

Winalia promotes fair competition and clean gameplay.

All participants must respect the same spirit of fairness and honesty.
